1 St Marys House was once part of a gentleman's residence built in 1838 and has been converted into spacious apartments. This spacious, 3 bed apartment has been decorated and furnished to an excellent standard, keeping many original features. It has a private entrance up some steps into a spacious hallway where the property is all on one level, with high ceilings, large windows making it a very bright and airy holiday home. You have all the modern conveniences of home, plenty of parking, and a large private garden with seating to sit and relax in, plus a small covered pond with fish in. Although the property is a short distance from the main road, it is accessed by a private lane where it is nestled amongst trees and you could be forgiven for thinking you were in the countryside. This property is only a ten minute walk to Tenby town and the four sandy beaches, with an array of shops, restaurants, coffee bars and galleries. Two minutes and you are on the main road out of Tenby to many of the family attractions like Folly Farm and Heatherton.

Bedroom 2, double bed, wardrobe, drawers, ensuite shower room. Bedroom 3, two single beds, built in hanging space, drawers. Bathroom, bath, W.C. whb. Outside space, private garden with patio, covered pond with fish in. Parking for 2 cars. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels supplied. No smoking. 3pm takeover.
