This cosy beach cottage is located in the popular seaside village of Broad Haven. The large golden sand beach is a favourite on the Pembrokeshire coastline with families and water sports enthusiasts. There are a handful of cafes, shops and a pub along the seafront making this a perfect spot for a holiday. If you want to head further afield, Broad Haven is ideally located on the St Brides Bay area of the coast allowing excellent access to nearby Little Haven (1 mile), Newgale (7.9 miles), St Davids (14.5 miles) and Dale and Marloes to the South (7 miles). This truly is a perfect base for a beach holiday and to explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast.

As you enter the cottage you are welcomed into the hallway with space for coats and shoes, leading onto the lounge. The cosy lounge has two large sofas centred around the wall mounted Smart TV and modern wood burner effect fire offering up a lovely space to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The shaker-style kitchen has plenty to meet your needs during your trip from preparing a hearty breakfast to start the day or a picnic for the beach. There's a dining table to enjoy meals together as a family or open up a board game in the evening. Leading off from the kitchen is the conservatory with cane furniture enjoying views over the garden and towards the sea. Completing the ground floor is a contemporary wet room - ideal for cleaning off after a day on the sand. Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and convenient built-in wardrobe space. The second room is a twin bedroom offering great flexibility for family groups, and the third room is a bunk bedded room. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Externally, the property has a pretty patio garden with sea views and an outdoor dining table - perfect for meals al fresco or relaxing with a cold drink at the end of the day.

Our second stay at Just Beachy and already booked for the next one. The cottage is well equipped very comfortable and is in an excellent position. A good variety of things to do and see in the area. Also some very good eating/drinking places close to.

Great property. Very clean and bright. Comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen. This house was everything we needed for us and our dog. Being so close to the beach was a real treat. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a home from home in a great location.
