Set alongside the traditional lych gate entrance to the church is this delightful property. In a peaceful location on the outskirts of St Clears, it has the church to one side and rolling countryside beyond. It is an easy drive from the main coast road. The centre of St Clears is around 0.5 miles away where you will find some lovely local shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also a local pub conveniently situated just 50 metres away. The central location in Pembrokeshire makes this property an excellent base for families and groups wanting to explore southwest Wales by car. Pembrokeshire has a huge amount to offer - castles, seaside towns, golf courses, coastal paths, hidden sandy bays, surfing and wildlife and this cottage really is best placed to access them all easily. For those wanting to stay closer to home, a 4-mile drive south can take you to discover local history and culture with a trip to the museum at Dylan Thomas’ boat shed. It's a beautiful location on the estuary and there is also an art gallery on-site. Those longing for a sandy beach will not be disappointed by Pendine Sands, just 8 miles away, or travel a little further afield for a day at the picturesque seaside town of Tenby, 18 miles away.

Ideal for two families or for multi-generational holidays, this property is all about space, easy access, and great facilities including en-suite bathrooms for all bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen/diner with patio doors lets plenty of sunshine in making it a lovely light bright space, and a large dining table means there is ample space for everyone to share a meal together. The lounge offers views of the well-kept garden and is a wonderful sociable place with plenty of seating. The ground-floor bedroom also enjoys views of the garden with patio doors leading out to a paved area and an en-suite wet room with grab rails. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious and bright with Velux windows and lovely views out to the churchyard and fields beyond.

The attractive and well-kept garden has a large, decked area with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing in the peaceful surrounding. A good-sized lawn is great for the children to enjoy. The church provides a lovely backdrop, with rolling green fields beyond; a beautiful spot to enjoy the views at all times of the day.

The cottage was great, the small touches really added to it and the owner was a helpful and friendly host. The area had much to do even when the weather was not great

A lovely cottage, very comfortable, well equipped, and spacious. A lovely garden to sit out in, weather permitting! Good information pack, and quick response from the owner if contacted.
